At Tabs for Sleeping, we believe that buying sleeping pills online should be as straightforward and hassle-free as possible, which is why we’ve put together this simple guide which answers all the commonly asked questions regarding the delivery of sleeping pills and anti-anxiety medicines ordered online through our website.
1. How my order will be packaged?
In order to ensure our customers’ privacy, we package all orders in plain brown envelopes that give no indication concerning the medicines contained inside and the identity of the customer.
2. How long does it take you to deliver the medicines?
Depending on your location of residency. It means usually within 2 to 4 days you will receive your order .( Saturday and Sunday orders will be dispatched on Monday .
And please make an order before 4 pm it will be shipped the next day.
Please note that Tabs for Sleeping may not be able to ship to certain countries due to import restrictions. If orders are placed from any such country, the company will further inform the customer through email or phone call.
3. The expected shipment date has passed and I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
While Tabs for Sleeping takes every reasonable measure to ensure timely shipment of orders placed by our customers, delays may arise due to several reasons, such as late delivery from suppliers, delays caused due to public holidays, and delays that occur due to issues faced by the postal system. In addition to this, incomplete shipment details provided by the customer can also lead to delays or loss of goods. Please be informed that we cannot be held responsible for delays arise due to incorrect information being submitted so you need to make sure that the information you’ve provided at the time of order placement is accurate and complete.
4. My order has been lost or delayed for some time, what should I do?
Orders are considered lost if they have not been delivered within 28 days of the order placement. However, unforeseen circumstances can also lead to extensive delays, therefore, we may not start an investigation for a delayed order until a reasonable amount of time has passed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact our customer support representatives if they haven’t received their order. We may not be able to process a refund request if the above-mentioned procedure has not been correctly followed by the customer.
